On July 27, the Graduate Program in Law will receive Professor Melina Fachin, from UFPR, to debate the topic of Multilevel Constitutionalism.
The guest is Adjunct Professor of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses at the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). Post-doctoral internship in progress at the University of Coimbra at the Institute of Human Rights and Democracy (2019/2020). PhD in Constitutional Law, with emphasis on human rights, from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP.) Visiting researcher at Harvard Law School (2011). Master in Human Rights from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). Bachelor of Law from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). Author of several works and articles in the area of Constitutional Law and Human Rights. Member of the Brazilian Lawyers Institute/IAB, the Paraná Lawyers Institute/IAP and the Brazilian Bar Association Paraná Section - OAB/PR. Partner at the Fachin Advogados Associados bureau.
