On August 24, the Graduate Program in Law, at 5 pm (AM) / 6 pm (DF) will receive Professor Damares Medina to debate the current contours of the Constitutional Litigation System.
Post doctorate in Democracy and Human Rights, by Ius Gentium Conimbrigae, University of Coimbra (2018). Doctor in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2014), graduated in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1997) and master's degree in Constitutional Law at Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público (2008). She is research coordinator at the Instituto Constitution Aberta (ICONS), a lawyer and professor of law at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público (IDP). His main lines of research are: transparency and accountability in constitutional jurisdiction, constitutional litigation, review of constitutionality and decision-making process in the Federal Supreme Court (STF), law and new technologies.
